I do not see my note on the lock screen

There are two ways to show it, and you can use one or both.

• Pinned note. In Settings, turn on Pin to Lock Screen. Then check that Android allows notifications for One Thing, and allows notifications on the lock screen.
• Big text. In Settings, tap Set as wallpaper. Pick the Lock Screen if your phone asks. Lock your phone once to check.

Phones differ. Some, such as some Xiaomi phones, may use a live wallpaper on the Home Screen only. The pinned note still works there.

The big text is gone after a restart

Unlock your phone once. Android keeps the note encrypted until the first unlock after a restart, so the wallpaper cannot read it before that.

Where are Done and 2 min?

They are on the pinned note. On some phones you expand the note first, with a swipe or the small arrow. The 2 min button hides while a focus session runs.

My Every day note came back late

It comes back in the morning, at your morning time. Android can run it up to about an hour late to save battery. If another note is in its place, it waits until that note is done. The app also checks when you open it.

Can I stop the note from moving?

Yes. In Settings, turn off Living note.

How do I move to a new phone?

In Settings, tap Export backup and save the file. On the new phone, tap Import backup. An import replaces everything on that phone. A wallpaper photo is not in the backup, so pick it again.

How do I get Pro back?

Open One Thing Pro and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Google account you bought it with. Refunds go through Google Play.

Which phones work?

Android 7.0 or newer. There is no iPhone version. The time chip in the status bar needs a recent version of Android 16. On older versions, a focus session is a normal notification.

How do I delete everything?

Uninstall the app. Your data lives only on your phone, so that removes it. Backup files you saved stay where you put them. Read more in the privacy policy.
